Find answers to common questions about MP e-NagarPalika services
To register for MP e-NagarPalika services, visit the portal and click on the "Citizen Registration" button. Fill in your personal details, verify your mobile number through OTP, create a password, and submit. You'll receive a confirmation email with your user ID.
To pay property tax online, login to your MP e-NagarPalika account, navigate to "Property Tax" under the Quick Payments section. Enter your property ID or search by address, verify the details, select the assessment year, view the tax amount, and proceed to make the payment using any of the available online payment methods.
You can track your application status by logging into your MP e-NagarPalika account and navigating to "My Applications" section. Alternatively, use the "Track Application" feature in the Citizen Corner by entering your application number and selecting the application type without logging in.
For birth certificate application, you need to provide: Hospital discharge summary or birth record, parents' identity proofs (Aadhaar/PAN/Voter ID), address proof, and a completed application form. In case of delayed registration, an affidavit may be required. All documents should be uploaded in the specified format during the online application process.
To apply for a water connection, login to your account, select "Water Connection" from the services menu, fill the application form with property details, upload necessary documents (property ownership proof, ID proof, and property tax receipt), pay the application fee online, and submit. You'll receive an application number for tracking the status.
MP e-NagarPalika accepts multiple payment methods including net banking, credit cards, debit cards, UPI (BHIM, Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), and wallet payments. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption to ensure the safety of your financial information.
To download your payment receipts, login to your account and go to "Payment History" section. Locate the payment for which you need a receipt, click on "Download Receipt" or "Print Receipt" button next to the transaction. The receipt will be generated as a PDF file that you can save or print for your records.
If you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email ID, verify through OTP, and create a new password. For security reasons, the new password should be different from previously used passwords and must meet the specified password criteria.
